  • Description
  • For the survivors of the December 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, who are still in shelters, rain is a curse. Crowded into temporary shelters and awaiting permanent homes, daily life is nothing more than a battle to survive. Subjected once to one of the most horrific disasters the world has known, in these seemingly nondescript rains, they are forced to experience equally horrific callousness and apathy. If it Rains Again is a documentary that brings out the agony of the life in temporary shelters in Tamil Nadu, India, more than two years after the tsunami.
