  • Description
  • This film focuses on the provision of credit to the untapped sector of small-scale fisheries. In the developing countries, nearly 30 million people who are involved in fisheries and supply up to half the annual consumption of fish, need help. A well-developed credit system can ensure profits to the small-scale fishers. The experience of such a credit system in Orissa was encouraging and is outlined in the film.

    Script: F. Haque

    Narration: K. Richmond
