  • Description
  • The Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries was adopted in October 1995 by 170 member nations of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The Code offers principles and standards for conservation, management and development of fisheries anywhere in the world. This video talks about how the non-binding Code came into existence. It has been scripted to target as broad an audience as possible, so as to highlight the importance of implementing the Code.
